SHIPPING IN CANADA
Orders are shipped by Canada Post, Regular.
Regular size item
The following parcel post rates are valid for a package of a maximum size of 1 meter (39") and a maximum weight of 15kg (33lbs).

Delivery time
Delivery time varies according to stock in store, to supplier delivery time for items that we do not have in stock, to place of delivery. A shipment with no constraint should take about two weeks.
Oversize item
*Please note that any oversize item, in length or weight (see Regular size item), is subject to supplementary shipping fees at the charge of the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, paddle boards, sail batten, stick, mast, boom, drift, foil, etc. In such cases, you will receive a phone call and an email to confirm order and fees.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE CANADA
For international shipping, this option is available at check-out, please indicate your address in the text box, we will contact you by email. Shipping fees will be charged on a separate bill.
CANCELATION
Cancelation of an order can be made within 48 hrs of the purchases, please fill the Cancellation Form to do so.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges and returns are applicable on new, unused, unworn, and undamaged merchandise only within 30 days of the purchase date. The original invoice and packaging are required. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
The following are non exchangeable and non refundable:

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM
Complete the return form
Complete the form and print a copy of the form.Rewrap your items
Place the item(s) back in the shipping box, with the original packaging, and with the copy of the Return form; seal it well.Ship your parcel
Bring your parcel to the closest post office and place the return label over the original one. You can find our address at the bottom of the page.Receive your exchange or refund
You will be refunded within the 7 business days following the reception of your parcel at our warehouse. In case of an exchange, shipping fees will be at your charge, delivery time varies according to stock in store.
WARRANTY RETURN
The normal manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects applies. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental breakage, or normal wear and tear. Please refer to the label of the product purchase for the manufacturer's warranty and complete the Return Form if you wish to return an item according to the warranty.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY
To confirm order, an email will be sent to you. Be sure to double check the billing and shipping address as we are not responsible for typographical errors. Purchases made on the website will be shipped to the recipient under a transport contract between the user and Canada Post. Once the package has been shipped, any damage, breakage or loss is the responsibility of the Canada Post carrier. We put reasonable effort to ship items promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
