MEASUREMENTS
- Take a little time to fill out our sail measurement form so we can custom fit the sail to your boat. If you have questions about measuring, please contact us. We'll provide free technical assistance. Then email us your completed form. You can also attach pictures to illustrate certain points that you consider important.
QUOTE AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
- To avoid any errors, we carefully check your measurement form and compare to the dimensions referenced in our sailmaker's database. Our staff email or phone you to find out your sailing needs and preferences. We can also modify your order as needed, to custom fit the sail to your boat. When the specification is agreed, we ask for 50% deposit order confirmation.
DESIGN & PRODUCTION
- We design your sail, check the measurements and schedule production at our sail loft. Each sail is quality controlled from start to finish. Around 4 weeks later your sail will be ready. Our staff send you pictures of your new sail and ask for the remaining 50% balance.
DELIVERY
- In store pick-up, during our working hours, is free;
