The KFR Racing furler is a variation of our new range of KF V3 furlers. This is the 3rd version since our creation in 2003. You will recognize this furler among all : it is the only one with a carbon / Kevlar®continuous line wheel ! The Racing version (KFR) is a “Full Carbon” version which is not reserved only for racers. KFR furlers are fitted as standard with a carbon / Kevlar®continuous line wheel, carbon housing, 3: 1 fast pin snap shackle, our remote continuous line wheel locking system and a swivel fitted with our K Krok impact-resistant silicone protection. We also offer 2 other versions : Racing and Classic with different finishes but always in the same spirit of performance. There are many options available to make it unique and perfectly suited to your needs. For more than 15 years, Karver has been shaking up the market by regularly offering new innovations. We are at the origin of the remote locking systems of the continuous line wheel, of the system of quick furling line installation, captive fast pins, friction sheaves with fast pins, carbon drums, … and we are above all recognized for offering the lightest and most compact furlers on the market. This is the reason why we are very present aboard offshore racing yachts and aboard the most efficient yachts such as the Imoca which are equipped with more than 70% of our furlers.
